As a licensed professional counselor, speaker and life coach I utilize a dynamic and motivating style that inspires my clients to think, behave, and collaborate in new ways. I've taught on many leadership and motivational topics such as communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, radical candor, personal improvement, and self-awareness. I integrate storytelling, life lessons, and humor to share relevant, actionable, and research-based strategies that empower people to go from merely ‘wishing they could’ to becoming the best possible version of themselves.  

 

Whether the goal is to create personal, relational, or professional growth to a group or to help individuals make significant changes, I enjoy helping clients have a better understanding of who they are, what they want, and how to achieve their desired outcome. I utilize research based techniques to help people clarify goals that are reachable and will propel them forward. 

 

Born and raised in Florida, I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and my master’s degree in mental health counseling. I'm married to the love of my life, Ryan and enjoy spending time with family and friends, a good energizing workout, running 5ks, and listening to audio books on my Libby app!
