Personal Growth Workshop

Service Description

This service is great for a group that would like to have a workshop tackling a specific issue or topic. I have conducted workshops for organizations, churches, and groups of friends. I have facilitated workshops on a variety of topics such but not limited to the following: as healthy relationships, emotional intelligence, teamwork, sexual assault, codependency, shame and vulnerability, substance abuse, emotional healing, anger management, healthy conflict in the workplace, leaderships, and mindfulness.
